How to Measure for Anoraks **
Dog Coats and Anoraks are sized by body length and chest girth as shown in the diagram below.
These are only examples~ if you aren't sure, please email me for help!
Choose the size below that matches the body length/girth of your pet. If your pet is right on the edge of a size, it's better to go up a size or have a custom coat made. (Custom fee will apply). ***Also, this is an "easy-fit" anorak so the girth sizes do have more flexibility than what is listed below... it depends on how loosely or tightly you Velcro the chest straps.

How to measure for Mut-luks*
Please take time to measure your pets foot carefully!!
To measure the width of your dog’s foot, place the foot on a piece of paper and lift up the other paw so the dogs full weight is on the paper. Mark the left and the right side of the foot and measure the distance between the marks. Compare this to the boot sizes. The width of the foot should be smaller than the boot size. For example, if the foot width is 1 3/4 inches, order a size Tiny at 2 inches.
The best way to put your new Mut-luks on is to strap the Velcro closer to the ankle of your pet (the smallest part of the leg). Tighten them so they're snug, not too tight or you'll close off blood flow to the paw. Keep your pets toenails trimmed, as long nails could cause pain and injury while wearing booties. It may also help to have your pet get used to wearing their Mut-luks in the house. Try just wearing one Mut-luk and work up to all four. Be sure to reward you pet with small treats and enjoy your winter walk!
*(It's better to go a size up if your pet has a "high" paw or lots of fur).

Instructions for your Step-In Harness
Step-in harnesses are sized by girth, not the size around the neck, so when picking out a harness, keep that in mind. It will need to fit snug, but since it will not be just worn around the neck, it can fit looser than a simple collar would. The harness shouldn't be tight when your pet is not in a walking motion.
Once you pick out your harness, you’ll need to adjust for the size. If you’re not sure, leave it larger and come back to the adjustment step after trying it on your dog. Adjusting is done by pulling the harness through the plastic loop till you have it to the desired size. The buckles to close the harness you should be on either end, and there will be a strip of material running up and down. Adjust the harness and then push the vertical strip of material towards the middle.
Now, lay the harness down on the ground. When looking at it, it should look like the number 8 with a buckle on both sides. The dog will step one front paw into each circle of the eight. The vertical piece should be in between the dog’s legs. Pull up the buckle on each side and snap into place. If adjustment is needed, take the harness off and re-adjust. Hook the leash snap hook through both of the D-rings, distributing the pull weight on the harness. Now, you’re ready to enjoy your walk!
