Due to the nature of our products, we do not re-sell a product that has been tried on by your pet. Theses items are donated to a local pet shelter. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days and we will work out an exchange or online credit. (Minus shipping). If you have any questions on sizing, please contact us before purchasing.

Returned items must be in original clean condition, free of dog hair and cannot be soiled in any way. Prior authorization is also required.

GIFT ORDERS
We will gladly ship your gift order directly to the recipient. A personalized note will be included. Please specify this in the "Special Notes" section when checking out.

USPS Priority Flat Rate* - 3-4 day average delivery. Will deliver on Saturday. No signature required. Tracking online at USPS.com
We now offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped to a United States address! Please note that international orders will have shipping added to their purchase on check-out.
